And this is who helped handpick the Dem running mate.. this is who helped astro-turf and forcibly foist their handpicked version of ‘black’ woman onto the ticket.. after they’d mercilessly mocked, insulted, attacked the nominee..

      * sigh *

I won’t be tuning in. Getting rid of Trump should mean getting rid of his cohorts. And that means letting them crawl back into their sewers never to be heard from again in any manner that suggests they have any degree of legitimacy.

Funded by the same deep pockets who decide for the masses.. who pick the ticket and decide who rises, and who doesn’t..

“..Four years ago, Emily Ramshaw, then the editor-in-chief of the Texas Tribune, was on maternity leave with a newborn. At the same time, the country had just witnessed the first woman become a major party presidential nominee in American history, and soon after, the #MeToo movement started to gain traction.

The idea rattled around in her head for three more years until she finally took the leap and co-founded (along with Amanda Zamora, former chief audience officer at the Texas Tribune) The 19th (, a nonprofit, nonpartisan newsroom reporting at the intersection of gender, politics and policy.

In spring 2019, Ramshaw and Zamora worked together to determine the best business model. They also recruited the initial team: Andrea Valdez as editor-in-chief, Errin Haines as editor-at-large and Johanna Derlega as chief revenue officer.

The next step was to say goodbye to the Tribune and begin fundraising, so Ramshaw traveled the country for some time in search of philanthropic support. So far, they are starting out with nearly $5 million in funding from various founding donors including the Knight Foundation and Craig Newmark Philanthropies..”

Craig Newmarket is the billionaire Craigslist guy.. here he is pushing interview in April 2020, by this outfit with his pick of ‘black’ woman.. who also just happens to be 2nd wife of a fellow Jewish guy from New Jersey.. 😉..

      • eliihass says:

Since 2016, Newmark has given $170 million to journalism, countering harassment against journalists, cybersecurity and election integrity. These areas, he believes, are the “battle spaces” of information warfare. The enemy, according to Newmark, are not just foreign adversaries like the Kremlin—it includes the adversaries’ domestic allies. Asked if he views President Donald Trump as one of those domestic allies, Newmark demurs

2020 will be a decisive year for Newmark, as it will indicate whether his money has been well spent—or not. Newmark says.

        Newmark will deem his donations a success if “we elect a whole bunch of people who want to defend the country, who are honest and who want to fight corruption,” he says. Though he hasn’t publicly endorsed any presidential candidates, he says he has been supportive of politicians with whom he has worked. They include Senator Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), with whom he crossed paths when he worked with San Francisco’s District Attorney;

Seal of approval courtesy of Haim Saban: unabashed Zionist.. AIPAC leash-holder.. Clinton pal/mega donor.. also, pal and unabashed supporter of Jared Kushner..

p.s: Since when does a forcibly installed running mate (who couldn’t even score a single delegate in the primaries …or manage a top 3 showing in own state primaries..) ..since when does a bloody mediocre running mate get equal billing with the nominee.. Only when those who decide for the masses, say so..

And then wheel out all manner of dubious Clinton-groomed black faces to sell it as a ‘win’ for ‘black’ women.. LOL..

        ‘Representation..’ 😉🤣😂😉

“…This election will have far-reaching consequences for U.S. foreign policy and specifically the national security of the United States and Israel.

Now more than ever, we need a president and vice president with the experience, track record, strategic vision, tenacity and respect of world leaders to protect our families and promote our well-being. Those leaders are former Vice President Joe Biden and Senator Kamala Harris. A Biden-Harris administration will not just build America back better, it will build Israel’s safety and security back better as well.

As a wise man once said: “Facts are a stubborn thing.” The truth must be recognized and false characterizations of Joe Biden’s record must be weeded out. His past actions show him to be a staunch defender and ally of the U.S. and Israel alliance..”

Also, in case anyone was wondering about the likes of self-described ‘ardent zionist’ Jennifer Rubin, Ruth Marcus, etc..(certainly, Jake Tapper, and all the Jewish men who make up the bulk of our media, punditry..) it was always and still is all about Zionism ..not ‘women’ solidarity.. And especially, not about black women..

So, they all joined in to effusively gaslight …sell black folks their wink-wink version of ‘black’ woman who happens to be 2nd wife of their fellow Zionist…

And complete with mock-ups transposed with images of black America’s heroes..

        And black folks cheered..

“…Rubin, a “recovering lawyer” and former Washington editor of Pajamas Media before moving to the flagship neoconservative magazine, Commentary, will fill an admitted void at the paper as a blogging conservative, said Washington Post editorial board editor Fred Hiatt in an e-mail interview.

Rubin just started at the Post last week, and judgment on her output there should be reserved until she’s had a chance to establish herself. But the body of work that got her the job too often delighted in fanning the flames of an already overheated and polarized political debate.

When I asked Rubin by e-mail if the Post had asked her to tone down her rhetoric or suggested other changes to her style, she replied: “The only direction I received was to keep doing what I’ve always been doing.”

But people or ideas that drew Rubin’s ire at Commentary got saddled with an extreme position—or, in the case of President Barack Obama, several.

“Obama isn’t moderate, doesn’t like the free market, and isn’t interested in waging a robust war on Islamic fundamentalists,” Rubin wrote in the fall of 2009. During the “Ground Zero Mosque” controversy, Rubin claimed that Obama’s “sympathies for the Muslim World take precedence over those, such as they are, for his fellow citizens.” Last year, Rubin derided Obama as “the most anti-Israel U.S. president (ever),” a judgment unequivocally repudiated by even the hawkish Israel lobby group AIPAC.

Undeterred, this summer Rubin lamented, in a typically overblown overstatement, that the Israel “must figure out how (quite literally) the Jewish state is to survive the Obama presidency,” insisting the following day that Israel will have to go it alone against Iran.

Rubin’s “ultra-hawkish Greater Israel Zionism,” as Tablet contributor Daniel Luban recently put it, ties into another worrisome theme in her writings: her apparent animus towards American Jews.

Over the past year, Rubin has—at least four times—quoted, linked to, and endorsed Rachel Abrams’s notion that Jews in America have a “sick addiction” (in Rubin and Abrams’s words) to the Democratic Party. When I asked Rubin about the phrase “sick addiction,” she said her arguments against Jewish support for Democrats were clear from her writings, and cited a book by Norman Podhoretz (Abrams’s stepfather) called Why Are Jews Liberal? In his book, Podhoretz repeatedly laments the “stubborn attachment” of Jews to the Democratic Party..”

        Wow. Very interesting.

I keep thinking that the Palestinians have just simply been sacrificed. No arc of the moral universe for them, apparently it doesn’t apply.

This is who helped sell/force-feed the handpicked choice of the big donors.. as running mate ..after they failed to pull it off in the primaries, for the top spot..

    • Liza says:

…or that ‘chaos is what he loves’. The core of it is that he knows he’s in deep, multi-dimensional legal jeopardy & this defines his every action. We’re seeing 1) a tactical delay of the transition to buy time for coverup & evidence suppression 2) above all, a desperate endgame

…which is to create enough chaos & anxiety about peaceful transfer of power, & fear of irreparable damage to the system, that he can cut a Nixon-style deal in exchange for finally conceding. But he doesn’t have the cards. His bluff after ‘the flop’ has been called in court…

His ‘turn card’ bluff will be an escalation & his ‘River card’ bluff could be really ugly. But they have to be called. We cannot let this mobster bully the USA into a deal to save his ass by threatening our democracy. THAT is his play. But he’s got junk in his hand. So call him.

I will allow that he’s also a whiny, sulky, petulant, Grinchy, vindictive little 10-ply-super-soft bitch who no doubt is just throwing a wicked pout fest & trying to give a tiny-hand middle finger to the whole country for pure spite, without a single thought for the dead & dying

But his contemptible, treasonous, seditious assault on the stability of our political compact isn’t about 2024, personal enrichment or anything else other than trying to use chaos & threat to the foundation of the system as leverage to trade for a safe exit. Call. His. Bluff.

Faith in the strength of our sacred institutions & founding principles is severely stretched…but they will hold. They will. He’s leaving, gracelessly & in infamy. But if we trade for it, give him some brokered settlement, we’ll be vulnerable to his return. We can’t flinch.
