ANY Black man or woman considering voting for Donald Trump should listen to ALL of this. This is the results of a Biden-Harris Dept. of Justice civil rights division investigation into the Lexington, Miss. police department.
There have been more than 12 such investigations by the Biden-Harris DOJ.

How many under Trump-Pence? ONE.

Trump’s attorney generals Jeff Sessions and Bill Barr said such investigations “hurt police morale.”

Here is what they discovered: these racist cops unlawfully unlawfully Arrests, jails and detains people who cannot pay fines or fees, without assessing their ability to pay; Uses excessive force; Conducts stops, searches and arrests without probable cause, including jailing people on illegal “investigative holds” and arresting people solely because they owe outstanding fines; Imposes money bail without justification or assessment of ability to pay; Jails people without prompt access to court; Violates the rights of people engaged in free speech and expression, including by retaliating against people who criticize the police; Discriminates against Black people; and Operates under an unconstitutional conflict of interest because LPD’s funding depends on the money it raises through its enforcement.

The ONLY way we hold cops accountable is ELECT HARRIS-WALZ. This will NEVER happen under Trump-Vance. They will let the cops run amok and BLACK PEOPLE will suffer at the hands of abusive cops. THIS is why we elected Biden-Harris. Let’s keep it up with Harriz-Walz.

So, no Federal intervention as was done in the case of Breonna Taylor and every other FEDERAL case that was brought when local law enforcement refused to pursue justice.

WHO is elected and gets to choose the people that run the JUSTICE DEPARTMENT IS IMPORTANT.
You aren’t just electing a President. You are electing everyone who will work for that person. Who will staff those departments. And, the goals set of those departments.

This is for all of the Black men and women criticizing @kamalaharris about the Marcellus Williams execution. That was a STATE crime and there was no federal jurisdiction.

For Your Consideration: these were all created by Democrats and Republicans want to eliminate or privatize to corporations-
Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Obamacare (20million with healthcare), Community Development Legislation that for decades created CDFI (Community Development Financial Institutions) that provided loans for housing and businesses to underserved communities who traditional banks discriminated against putting millions of Black folks into home ownership, creating millions of jobs and economic development in Black communities.

I rebuilt PontchartrainPark in New Orleans with this legislation with a CDC (Community Development Corp).

Kamala Harris plans on building on that with 25k to first time homebuyers, 50k to small business entrepreneurs.

The Republicans plan on eliminating ALL of these investments into community.

No alternative plans for healthcare, housing, economic development.
Their ONLY plan is what they did before-tax cuts for the ultra wealthy. You are informed as you said. Now vote in your best interest.
