I have decided that to do Black history, literature, art, and culture justice, a college student would have to dedicate at least four years of classes to begin to develop a good foundation and understanding.

thanks for this. I had seen a documentary on Dr. Julian some years ago, and it’s a damn shame….he should be taught about in our schools. Our children need to know this history.
Our HISOTRY is RICH and lived through in some way by every American, no matter how much the attempts at CO-OPTING, APPROPRIATING, and downright STEALING.
