Rather amusing how the very same hostile/adversarial folk.. baselessly, furiously and eternally anti the Obamas: Democrats, Republicans and others.. for years, brimming over with such contempt, hate, jealousy, resentment.. and who did their darnedest at every turn, to dismiss, diminish, undermine, sabotage …are the very same folk now (post the just concluded ā€œheā€™s racist, heā€™s a rapist, heā€™s old, heā€™s not up to snuff, heā€™s so not the oneā€ presidential campaign that had the Obamas going all out to get them over the finish line)… The usual suspects are back to rah-rah-ing for the Bidens..touted and talked-up..not so much as the anti-trumps, but, unbelievably, dismissively and contemptuously as the ā€˜anti-Obamasā€™.. Even as thereā€™s all this nonstop mimicry of the supposedly ā€˜inexperiencedā€™, ā€˜celebrityā€™ Obamas..

Rather amusing how the onus is still entirely on the Obamas to cede just about everything …and incredibly, even their very existence…to prove that theyā€™re ā€˜all-inā€™, ā€˜supportiveā€™, ā€˜great friendsā€™ …even as every insidious effort is now actively afoot to diss, permanently diminish, dismiss, undermine, question, sabotage… rubbish their legacy.. humiliate them..

Oh, but have you heard, theyā€™re ā€˜great friendsā€™šŸ¤«.. and their WH portraits will be unveiled later in the year…šŸ˜œ ..Isnā€™t that wonderful.. that their ā€˜great friendsā€™ get to do it as opposed to that orange scoundrel.. oh, and ignore all that outsourced ā€˜friendly fireā€™ smears, attacks… wink, wink…

The Obamas, even in the face of unprecedented hostility, undermining, death threats, sabotage, still prevailed… against all odds… which only served to further irk those whoā€™d hoped to cut them down to size, teach them a lesson, break them…bring them to their knees.. destroy them..

Hopefully, the Obamas donā€™t let their guard down.. even as they continue to be required to bend over backwards… be exploited for the fluffing up of others..

Curiously, the continuing and inexplicable (outsourced) smears, attacks on the Obamas – coming directly from some of the most notoriously malignant pens/mouthpieces, and the very worst of the smear purveyors like Maureen Dowd, Mika Brezsinsky etc.. who boast of their closeness and unfettered access to the Bidens.. continues to be utterly fascinating… And if the Obamas have noticed (how could they not?) they arenā€™t letting on.. Theyā€™re as usual, not allowed to be anything but gracious, and nothing but effusive in their praise, validation and fluffing up of their ā€˜great friendsā€™.. who continue to pal around with those who hate and endlessly smear them..

Similarly, the historic black FLOTUS who had no problem from the very start, graciously lauding and giving her predecessor Laura Bush as much credit as possible, and unprecedentedly, graciously embracing and fully including Jill Biden as 2nd lady, over the years… follows Joe Biden, Jill Biden, even their Biden Foundation on Twitter – while Jill Biden never mentions the historic First Lady that went out of her way to embrace and include her… and does not follow Mrs Obama – but get this, follows Mika Brzezinski, Taye Diggs, Josh Barro, Cher, Jose Andres…

    Yup..

And itā€™s always been so …long before her slimy now press secretary who happens to be a former Hillary campaign person, and former congressional staffer who went on to work for Chris Matthews for a couple of years as a production person on MSNBCā€™s Hardball, before joining the Biden 2020 campaign.. šŸ˜”

And donā€™t even get me started on the supposed Obama ā€˜acolytesā€™ and wagon-hitchers of yore..now ditching and selling out ..even as those whoā€™ve sought out gigs/hook-ups in this current administration, are now mostly treated like crap ..apparently as retaliation by the now ā€˜in powerā€™ crew who per ā€˜leaksā€™ courtesy of those aforementioned access/close sources, felt slighted by the Obama WH..over the 2009 – 2016 years..

Itā€™s all beyond hilarious watching as some of the same folk who wouldā€™ve been completely ā€˜insultedā€™ had President Obama offered them anything less than top shelf, choicest of positions …Secretary of State, etc. now grovel and gratefully and demurely settle for serious demotions … in what are essentially, lower tier gigs.. Domestic Policy Advisor.. Chief of Protocol … typically, a faceless, nameless position that was previously occupied by a former social secretary…

Itā€™s all been super instructive… not terribly shocking however.. as weā€™ve over the years, tracked, shared, discussed and documented quite a ton of this stuff here on this blog.. there are in fact some things Iā€™d love to share with my fam here …guaranteed to blow your minds.. But Iā€™ll hold off for a bit..

In the end, and yet again… the Obamas will have the last laugh in all of this~

    Watch and see~

    Jane Harman – circa 2014:

ā€œ…At this point in his presidency, Barack Obama has an opportunity to build consensus. With Eric Holderā€™s resignation, he should consider taking this opportunity to mend fences and revive a Cabinet once billed as a ā€œteam of rivals.ā€ So how about a Republican for attorney general? I have a candidate in mind: former Solicitor General Ted Olson, who will probably curse me for making the suggestion.

No one can argue seriously that Olson lacks the bona fides to serve as attorney general: His name was considered during the tail end of George W. Bushā€™s second term, and he was shortlisted on several occasions as a possible nominee to the Supreme Court as well. At the time, Olson was blocked from the AG post because, in the words of Sen. Harry Reid, ā€œHeā€™s a partisan, and the last thing we need as an attorney general is a partisan.ā€

So who can best ensure that the rule of law applies equally to every American? Who can pursue important ongoing investigations of the IRS, national security leaks and the Ferguson Police Department? Who can finally secure trials for the high-value targets still held at Guantanamo Bay and then close it? And who can bring the right tone and professionalism to lingering tensions in the department?

The choice is the presidentā€™s, subject to confirmation by the Senate. But the best choice just might be a Republican..ā€

Larry Lardin @larry_lardin Replying to @MichelleObama:
I’m sorry if that sounds harsh or even a bit racist to the black community, but it’s not intended to be. I’m just so tired of the black community and their “Woe is me, my people were slaves” attitude. They weren’t the first to be oppressed. but hopefully they will be the last.
