I agree with this sentiment wholeheartedly.
Democracy is LITERALLY on the Ballot in November 2022.
Why isn’t THAT enough of a motivator?
It's the same laziness and arrogance that places the burden on Black voters, specifically Black women, to save the day at the ballot box. The demands never end.

Anyone saying this is doing nothing but attempting to VOTER SUPPRESS.
And, they come, just like clockwork, right before elections. Sowing the seeds, when they are quiet as phuck as soon as the election is over.
If you're gonna hop on here with your hot takes that voting isn't the answer you better be prepared to specifically state the alternative. I'm tired of the bullshit.
None of us are saying voting is the ONLY answer but it is the bare minimum and people aren't doing it enough

The Biden White House position on guns is clear.
Same for the majority of the Democratic Caucus in Congress and across the country.
They're not the reason even modest gun reform gets no traction. We all know this.
But once again instead of putting the heat where it belongs… pic.twitter.com/jh6p43PXOh

it’s a split 50-50 congress. 48 democrats + 2 independents + VP as a tie-breaker versus 50 republicans. but go ahead and go awf like as an obnoxiously loud and ignorant person that you are. https://t.co/l7ih72FSYy

Dear Democratic Party bashers,
Mostly all of the bills you want passed have already been voted on and passed by DEMOCRATS in the HOUSE.
Start putting the blame on the people are holding up legislation in the SENATE: MANCHIN, SINEMA & 50 REPUBLICANS.
It’s not the DEMOCRATS.. pic.twitter.com/qz12xCQFah

Nothing but voter suppression.😠
Completely ignoring Chris Murphy and the other Dems that went on TV. Completely ignoring that Biden went to Texas. No the White House has to send somebody to listen to Jake tapper blame them for republicans stonewalling or it doesn’t count 🤷🏾♂️ https://t.co/5CMqRiQGjx

If you don’t want to hear from Manchin and Sinema again…then make them irrelevant by ELECTING MORE DEMOCRATS TO THE SENATE.
Where is all this heat at for the GOP? 50 of them continue to block meaningful legislation. We need more Democratic Senators in November to get the President's agenda passed. Quit bitching and help a Senate campaign. https://t.co/WMgYPQLyB8

Remember, those elections in the states are important too!
BTW if Dems win all six of these gubernatorial races, we will control a majority of Governors' mansions (26-24) since MD and MA are expected to flip back to us this cycle. https://t.co/HgIX62jdn6

Well, the Democrats’ problem as I see it is…
They made the 2020 presidential election about what they could deliver to the American people. Much of the discussion was about long overdue progressive policies. Biden, never a progressive, had no choice but to support most of those policies. And to his credit, he made the effort with Build Back Better.
Biden was blindsided by the corrupt sociopath from Arizona, Senator Kyrsten Sinema. He expected resistance from Traitor Joe Manchin, but believed he could deal with him. He believed the same about Sinema and wasted a lot of time on her until he realized that the good ol’ boy days in the Senate were long gone. Sinema had been thoroughly corrupted and was more than willing to take down his agenda and his presidency. We don’t know why, we just know that’s what is happening.
Psycho-Sinema and Traitor Joe are using their defense of the filibuster as a means to block the Democratic agenda, voting rights, BBB, women’s rights, etc…
The Democrats go into the 2022 midterm effectively with, “We need 52 Senators to get anything done for the American people. We’ve got two traitors in the Senate and 50 Republican obstructionists. Give us the House and two more Senators and we’ll try again.”
And that, my friends, is the where we are.
And I might add the following.
I deeply resent the efforts being made to normalize Sinema and Manchin. Now they’re both part of a bipartisan group in the Senate to study gun violence.
I can’t wait to see what “compromises” they “negotiate” on behalf of the American people.
Someone must want this group to fail.
Good Morning, Everyone😊😊😊
